Build a meaningful life, not just a successful one.
You can accomplish a lot and still feel like something is missing. Life & Mental Health Coaching gives you a place to slow down, understand what's really going on beneath the surface, and intentionally work toward a healthier, more meaningful life.

You don't have to wait until something is wrong to work on yourself
Personal growth isn't only for moments of crisis. Sometimes you simply recognize that the way you've been living isn't the way you want to keep living. You may find yourself asking…
- Why do I feel guilty when I rest?
- Why am I always thinking about what needs to happen next?
- Why do I keep repeating patterns I know aren't helping me?
- Why do I second-guess myself so much?
- Who am I outside of what I accomplish?
- Why is it so difficult for me to set boundaries?
- What do I actually want from this season of my life?
- Why does success still feel unfulfilling?
- How do I become more present with the people I love?
- How do I build a life that actually reflects what matters to me?
You don't need to have everything figured out before asking for support.
What is Life & Mental Health Coaching?
Life & Mental Health Coaching is a forward-focused coaching relationship designed to support personal growth, emotional well-being, self-awareness, healthier habits, resilience, and intentional living.
Instead of telling you what your life should look like, I help you ask better questions, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, clarify what matters to you, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.
Our conversations may explore both what's happening in your life and what's happening within you—because they're often connected. The way you think affects the way you live. The way you live affects your relationships. Your boundaries affect your well-being. Your identity affects your decisions.
The goal isn't perfection. It's greater clarity, self-awareness, resilience, intention, and alignment between the life you're living and the life you want to build.

Faith & Values
For clients who desire it, explore purpose, stewardship, identity, prayer, biblical principles, and what it means to build a life that reflects what you believe.
You are more than what you produce
One of the easiest traps to fall into is believing our value comes from what we accomplish.
The promotion. The revenue. The business. The house. The perfectly organized family. The next milestone. The approval of other people.
Achievement can be meaningful. Ambition isn't something you need to apologize for. But achievement alone can't tell you who you are. And if your identity becomes too closely tied to performance, it can become difficult to rest, fail, change direction, ask for help, or simply enjoy what you've already built.
Part of creating a meaningful life is learning to pursue growth without making your worth dependent on the outcome.

Success shouldn't cost you your life
I believe you can be ambitious and peaceful.
- You can pursue meaningful goals and still be present with your family.
- You can care deeply about your work without allowing it to become your identity.
- You can grow without constantly proving yourself.
- You can rest without believing you're falling behind.
- You can change your mind about what success means.
- You can build a life where achievement is part of the story—not the entire story.
This isn't about becoming less ambitious. It's about becoming more intentional about what all that ambition is ultimately building.
Who this is for
Life & Mental Health Coaching may be right for you if you…
- Want greater clarity about who you are and what you want.
- Feel overwhelmed by everything you're carrying.
- Struggle to slow down or rest without guilt.
- Want healthier boundaries.
- Constantly second-guess yourself.
- Feel disconnected from your purpose.
- Want to strengthen your emotional resilience.
- Are navigating a major life transition.
- Want healthier habits and greater self-awareness.
- Feel like you've accomplished a lot but still aren't fulfilled.
- Want to become more present in your relationships.
- Are an entrepreneur or professional who wants success without sacrificing your well-being.
- Want your life to reflect your faith and values more intentionally.
- Are willing to look honestly at your patterns and take responsibility for meaningful change.
You don't need to own a business. You don't need to be in crisis. You simply need to be willing to grow.
What you may gain
The outcome of coaching depends on your goals, circumstances, and willingness to do the work, but our work together may help you develop:
My approach
I don't believe my role is to tell you how to live your life. You know your life better than I ever will. My role is to help you slow down enough to see what's happening more clearly, ask questions you may not be asking yourself, recognize patterns that are difficult to see from the inside, and turn insight into practical action.
You won't receive empty motivation or generic advice. You can expect thoughtful questions, direct feedback, accountability, practical tools, and space to explore what's happening beneath the surface.

Why work with me?
I'm Kristy Yoder—an entrepreneur, founder, immigrant from the Philippines, wife, mother, and Certified Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute.
I've spent much of my adult life building. Businesses. Teams. Opportunities. A marriage. A family. A life in a country different from the one where I grew up. Professionally, I've built businesses, led a self-sustaining company with more than 70 team members, and helped more than 400 businesses through leadership, delegation, staffing, and business systems.
But some of the most important lessons I've learned haven't come from business. They've come from navigating uncertainty, loss, faith, relationships, ambition, waiting, personal growth, and learning that achievement alone doesn't create peace. That's why my work isn't only about helping someone accomplish another goal. I care about the person accomplishing it.

Coaching and therapy can sometimes complement one another, but they serve different purposes.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Life & Mental Health Coaching?
Life & Mental Health Coaching is a forward-focused coaching relationship that supports personal growth, emotional well-being, self-awareness, resilience, healthy habits, clarity, and meaningful change.
Do I have to be an entrepreneur to work with you?
No. While my background as an entrepreneur allows me to understand the unique pressures of business ownership and leadership, Life & Mental Health Coaching is not limited to entrepreneurs. I work with people who want to grow personally, navigate life transitions, strengthen their emotional well-being, develop healthier patterns, and build a more meaningful life.
Is Mental Health Coaching the same as therapy?
No. Mental Health Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders and isn't a replacement for psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or other clinical mental health services. Coaching focuses primarily on personal growth, self-awareness, resilience, habits, goals, accountability, and forward movement.
How do I know whether I need coaching or therapy?
Coaching may be appropriate when you're looking for greater clarity, accountability, personal growth, healthier habits, stronger boundaries, emotional resilience, or support moving toward specific goals. If you're experiencing symptoms that require diagnosis or clinical treatment, trauma that needs therapeutic care, severe anxiety or depression, addiction, a mental health crisis, or another condition requiring professional treatment, a licensed mental health professional is the appropriate resource.
Can we talk about my business or career?
Absolutely. Work is an important part of many people's lives. If your business, career, leadership responsibilities, or professional decisions are affecting your well-being or personal goals, they can naturally become part of our conversations. If your primary goal is business growth, strategy, leadership, systems, or delegation, Business Coaching for Entrepreneurs may be the better fit.
Can faith be incorporated into coaching?
Yes. For clients who desire it, faith can naturally be incorporated through conversations about biblical principles, prayer, purpose, stewardship, values, identity, and personal growth. You don't have to share my faith to work with me.
Do you offer coaching online?
Yes. Coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing us to work together regardless of where you live.
How do I get started?
Start by scheduling a discovery call. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you want to change, and what type of support may be the best fit.
You don't have to have everything figured out
You are allowed to want more from life.
Not necessarily more accomplishments. More peace. More clarity. More presence. Healthier relationships. Stronger boundaries. Greater purpose. A life that reflects what actually matters to you. Sometimes growth begins simply by recognizing: I don't want to keep living on autopilot.
