Somewhere along the way, building your business started costing you too much.

You built your business for freedom—not constant pressure, not endless responsibility, not the feeling that everything depends on you.

If success has come at the expense of your peace, your relationships, or your well-being, it doesn't have to stay that way.

Through business coaching for entrepreneurs, I help entrepreneurs build businesses they love—without losing themselves in the process.

The weight you carry

Success shouldn't cost you what matters most.

You've built something successful.

So why does it still feel so heavy?

Maybe…

  • You can't stop thinking about work.
  • You feel guilty when you're away from your business.
  • You carry every decision yourself.
  • You haven't truly rested in years.
  • You worry that if you step away, everything slows down.

On paper, you're successful. Inside, you're exhausted.

Your business may be growing.

But you're beginning to wonder whether it's worth the cost.

It doesn't have to stay that way.

Success should give you more life. Not less.

Imagine waking up knowing…

  • Your business can operate without you checking your phone every five minutes.
  • You have time for the people you love.
  • You make decisions with confidence instead of fear.
  • You enjoy building your business again.
  • You finish work without carrying it into dinner.
Your business becomes something that serves your life—not something that consumes it.
That kind of success is possible.

Meet Kristy

I understand what it feels like to carry a business.

I'm Kristy Yoder.

Entrepreneur. Founder. Speaker. Podcast host of The Lazy Entrepreneur. Immigrant from the Philippines. Certified Life Coach.

Over the past several years, I've built and led a self-sustaining business with more than 70 team members, helping 400+ businesses across a wide range of industries grow and operate more effectively. Along the way, I've led teams, built systems, developed marketing strategies, improved sales processes, solved operational challenges, and made difficult decisions through seasons of growth and uncertainty. Those experiences have given me practical insights that go beyond theory—because I've had to implement them in real businesses.

Those experiences taught me something I wish I'd understood sooner: the healthiest businesses are built by healthy leaders.

Today, I help entrepreneurs strengthen both the business they're building and the person leading it, integrating business coaching, leadership development, systems thinking, emotional resilience, and personal growth.

Business Is Personal

Your business will never consistently outperform the person leading it.

Your leadership affects your business. Your mindset affects your decisions. Your emotional health affects your leadership. Your relationships affect your work.

Many coaches focus only on strategy. Others only on mindset. Some only on personal development. I believe entrepreneurs need all three.

1

The Business

Because strategy alone won't help if you're emotionally exhausted.

2

The Leader

Because mindset alone won't build the systems your business needs.

3

The Person

Because personal growth alone won't solve operational problems.

The business. The leader. The person. They're all connected.

How I Help

Building a better business starts with building a better you.

Success isn't usually limited by one problem. It's often a combination of leadership, mindset, business structure, and the pressure of carrying too much on your own.

That's why my approach doesn't focus on fixing one part of your business. It helps you become the kind of leader who can build a healthier business—and a more meaningful life.

You're carrying too much.

The Problem

Everything depends on you. You're constantly putting out fires, making decisions, and wondering if you can ever truly step away.

The Shift

Build systems, delegate with confidence, and create a business that doesn't rely on you for everything.

You're growing—but so is the pressure.

The Problem

The business is becoming more successful, but you're feeling more overwhelmed, disconnected, and emotionally drained.

The Shift

Develop healthier leadership habits, stronger boundaries, and the resilience to lead without sacrificing yourself.

You're successful, but something still feels missing.

The Problem

You've reached goals you once dreamed about, yet you still feel restless, uncertain, or disconnected from why you started.

The Shift

Reconnect with your purpose, clarify what success truly means to you, and build a business that aligns with your values.

You're working harder than ever.

The Problem

Long hours, constant responsibility, and endless decisions have become your normal. You know something needs to change—you just aren't sure what.

The Shift

Create practical systems, strengthen your mindset, and develop the leadership skills needed to grow without carrying everything yourself.

What I Believe

The principles behind every conversation.

You can build a successful business without sacrificing your health, your relationships, or your peace of mind.

  • Success is more than revenue
  • Leadership starts with character
  • Healthy leaders build healthy businesses
  • Business should create freedom—not steal it
  • Your worth is not determined by your productivity
  • Purpose matters. People matter. Legacy matters.

Exactly what overwhelmed founders need

Kristy has a way of making delegation feel possible instead of scary. I finally hired my first VA after listening and my week looks completely different now.

Work smarter, not harder — for real

Every episode gives me one thing I can actually implement. No fluff, no hustle-culture guilt. Just honest conversations about building a business that runs without you.

The systems talk changed my business

I used to be the bottleneck in everything. Kristy's take on systems before delegation was the mindset shift I didn't know I needed. Highly recommend.

Honest, warm, and practical

It feels like talking to a friend who happens to run a 70-person team. She's vulnerable about the hard parts of entrepreneurship and still leaves you with a plan.

Guests are incredible

The mix of Kristy's own lessons and her interviews is perfect. I've filled a whole notebook with takeaways on leadership and letting go of low-value work.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Business coaching for entrepreneurs is a collaborative process that helps business owners improve leadership, decision-making, business systems, team development, and long-term growth. My coaching goes beyond business strategy by helping entrepreneurs become healthier leaders so they can build businesses that support their lives—not consume them.

I work with entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners who feel overwhelmed by the weight of running a business and want to grow without sacrificing their health, relationships, or peace of mind. Whether you're building your first team or leading an established company, coaching provides practical guidance, accountability, and clarity.

Yes. I provide business coaching online through virtual coaching sessions, allowing entrepreneurs from anywhere in the world to receive personalized support. Online coaching offers flexibility while providing the same level of guidance, accountability, and practical strategy as in-person coaching.

Many business coaches focus only on revenue, marketing, or scaling. My approach integrates business strategy, leadership development, personal growth, emotional resilience, and entrepreneur well-being because I believe lasting business growth starts with the person leading the business. Rather than simply helping you build a bigger business, I help you build a healthier business and become a stronger leader.

Yes. My coaching naturally incorporates life coaching for business owners because your personal life and your business are deeply connected. Your confidence, habits, boundaries, relationships, purpose, and emotional health all influence how you lead. We work on both the business and the person behind it.

Entrepreneurship can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Stress, burnout, loneliness, anxiety, and decision fatigue are common challenges many founders experience. My coaching includes practical tools that support mental health and entrepreneurship. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace care from a licensed mental health professional.

No. I work with entrepreneurs at different stages of business. Whether you're starting your first business, growing a team, or leading an established company, coaching is tailored to your current challenges and goals.

Every entrepreneur is different, but clients often leave coaching with greater clarity and confidence, stronger leadership skills, better business systems, healthier boundaries, reduced overwhelm, practical action plans, more confidence in decision-making, and a business that supports the life they want to build.

Yes. Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can openly discuss the challenges, decisions, and opportunities you're facing as an entrepreneur.

No. I am a Certified Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI) and have completed the Foundations of Mental Health Coaching certificate through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a condition that requires clinical care, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed professional.

The best place to begin is by scheduling a discovery call. We'll discuss where you are today, what challenges you're facing, and whether we're the right fit to work together.
